If you have got a valid license of TrainController™ Version 4.x, 5.0 or 5.5, you are entitled to purchase TrainController™ Version 5.8 at a special price.

Attention:

How this is done:

• Verify, that you are living in the European Community, Norway or Switzerland. If you are living outside, then click here, please.
• Install TrainController™ Version 5.8 on your computer if this has not been done yet.
  
• Start TrainController™ and enter your license code of the previous version.
• If you have a working connection to the Internet, then your Internet browser is being opened and your shopping cart will be automatically filled with the right item. This item can be conveniently ordered now.
• If there is no working Internet connection TrainController™ now displays several messages on the screen. One of these contains a password. Enter this password in the field below and press 'Proceed'. This opens the order form, where you can order your upgrade license.
  

In the past it happened several times, that persons heard about the password required for upgrade orders and tried to order an upgrade without being entitled to do so. For this reason we strongly recommend to take into account the following hints. Before you place your order, verify please, that you are in possession of a valid license of the version, you want to upgrade from. The license code you have been using so far, must contain your name or must be registered by Freiwald Software on your name (see also our Terms and Conditions). Knowing the password is not sufficient to be entitled to order an upgrade. If you are in doubt, whether you are in possession of a valid license for a previous version of the software please contact us before you order an upgrade license. We check each upgrade order against our database of registered licenses. We will deny each order placed by persons, who are not in possession of a registered license of the concerning previous version. Any fees are charged, that are caused by reversal of such unjustified upgrade orders.
