In addition to the previous article, we would like to point out that we will no longer exchange defective USB sticks that were not purchased directly from us or an authorized dealer (but e.g. acquired used from another user).

Deviating from the article above, this also applies to second hand sticks for TrainController 9 originally purchased after the deadline mentioned in the previous article. And just as deviating, second-hand USB sticks cannot be upgraded to the current version 10 at a reduced price.
