for certain reasons (e.g. tax regulations, conditions in international payment transactions, etc.) we do not sell our software directly to certain countries ourselves, but through a partner company.
Updated information on the countries currently affected and the responsible partner companies can be found in a subsequent post on this topic.
In these countries, we are not your contractual partner when purchasing, but the commissioned partner company. Freiwald Software only
delivers to these countries.
The order and purchase process for affected countries is as follows:
In our
shop, you first select the country to which the delivery should take place.
If it is a country in which the sale takes place via an external partner, you will see a corresponding note that the sale is carried out via this partner and delivery is made via Freiwald Software.
In the next step, you can arrange the desired items in the shopping cart.
In the further course of the order, enter the information relevant to the delivery.
At the end of the order you will be automatically redirected to the forms of the partner company.
There you enter the information necessary for the payment, choose the desired payment method and arrange the payment to the partner company.
Please also note possible effects on prices. We charge different prices in different regions (EU, Switzerland, Rest of the World). Our prices are designed in such a way, that we achieve roughly the same net income in all countries in the same region. However, costs for taxes, tax processing and commissions for an external partner are added to the prices otherwise applicable in the region concerned. This can lead to noticeably higher gross prices for a specific country than for other countries in the same region.
